- Manage daily direction for employees including managers and supervisors.
- Enhance leadership strength through development of all personnel in leadership roles.
- Interface with staff and customers.
- Actively promote an environment and culture focused on customer service, and teamwork.
- Ensure proper training for all personnel.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.

- Management experience.

- Be an excellent coach and mentor, capable of developing a management team for motivating an hourly workforce.
