I had my Motorcyle tires replaced for my super bike and they took care of me with the best customer service you can possibly imagine. They went above and beyond to get me the tires I needed in such a quick and timely manner, I truly recommend Ducati of Miami as my go to dealer for motorcycles and service on your bike, they even lubed my chain and tighten it up for me which I didn't even ask for and they did great set of people. Glad to have my serviced bike there...

After contacting several other dealers for other brands. Most of them didn't even respond. I was looking for a bike to grow out of my 300CC bike. To be honest only Ducati Miami responded with a friendly email, from Hector (the sales manager). I visited other dealers in person before approaching Ducati. I was afraid that Ducati would have been the most expensive in town, in terms of add-on fees. To my surprise, Ducati had the lowest add-on or dealer fees and the best special on a 2020 bike. Without talking about numbers in this message. I rode today out of Ducati with a zero-mile 2020 model, for the same price as a naked 650CC dual cylinder Japanese bike. Ducati Miami is a really nice store, with very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone searching for a new motorcycle. Thanks, Hector very nice buying experience. I send my hypermotard to fix a shortcut and at the same time change 2 tires ,brakes,and adjust valves. They did a great job and return the bike to me all washed and shine. Recommend the dealer specially caesar at the service. Very passionate and patience. Thankful
